only yesterday on ssn transfer news they reported he said he was staying at milan, so its all a load of bollox,next week the guardian will have an exclusive he will be signing for qpr,dont believe all the shite in the media
 
The club he has played for since leaving Sweden have finished top in I think 9 out of 11 years and for the last 8 seasons, now either he is a truly brilliant footballer or the luckiest man on the planet and if he brings that ability or luck to any team they seem to do well. Have been convinced since Mancini came he was joining so will not be surprised

Ibrahimovic is all talk, his got some brilliant ability, but I think he know he wouldn't cut it in England either.
 
He is not all talk to be fair he had more medals than Pinochet and idi Amin put together no player who has played for many clubs has come close to his constant league titles and domestic success, even messi and ronaldo with their club records haven't got the same medals or proved themselves as widely. If he is all talk then he is very very lucky and the on thing better than a very good player is a very lucky one.

On May 16th, Roberto said that we need to complement our young squad with players with Champions League experience. At the time, I suggested that he had Ibra in mind. Roberto has consistently been forthright about how much he would like to recruit him (more so than any other player he has spoken about). I think that we might well have signed him last summer if we had been able to offer Champions League football. As BlueJill wrote, our signing Ibra might well increase the prospect of Carlos moving to AC Milan.

I really don't share the belief that Roberto is committed to playing one striker. Rather he has often resorted to that strategy partly because he has seen improving our defence as a first-stage priority and partly because of the available players. Ibra would be an excellent signing who should not only form effective partnerships with Mario and with Edin but who could help both greatly in their long-term development. Ibra - the epitome of a 'winner' - would also provide another very strong pro-Mancini personality in the dressing room.

I would be delighted to see us sign either Juan Mata or Javier Pastore. I have not watched them as much as some Bluemooners but I reckon that Pastore could really turn out to be a very special player. On the other hand, signing Mata would no doubt delight David Silva and they would soon be linking up well.
 
had a feeling about us going for ibra yesterdy when i read somewhere that milan were yet to take up the option to buy. i thibnk the article stated milan were to pay 24m for him. hope its the same fee for us
