IF City were to get relegated

If and that’s a big if they sent us down a few divisions, keep the £67 million or what ever it is a year coming in from Etihad and then all the other related party sponsors. We’d blitz the divisions with the bigger budget advantage we’d have over other teams. Make sure the cyber security is better, funnel some funds through the sponsors. We’d be back like the baddie Terminator in Terminator 2, just when they think they’d got rid of City they are back to terrorise them some more.

Obviously hypothetically speaking at this stage but does anyone else get quite excited at the thought of us being relegated or ‘expelled’ from the premier league and back down to the lower leagues? Especially now Pep has pledged his allegiance if we are to go down.

No var, no tourist fans taking up away tickets, new grounds out the 92 to tick off, not having to play United or Liverpool twice a season.

I’m torn between how gutted rival fans will be if we are cleared of the charges and reliving my youth in the lower leagues haha.

Bring it on whatever happens
No more or less excited than any other season supporting City. I was supporting us through the 90s in the Second Division, I was supporting us when we won the Champions League. I'll keep supporting Manchester City whatever happens, and nobody can take all those years away from me.

Rangers weren’t relegated. The club ceased to exist due to corruption and were wound up. It was no more, it had ceased to exist, bereft of life, it was as ex-team.

A replacement NewCo (Sevco) managed to blag their way into the fourth tier rather than having to start in the West of Scotland League.

This was very different to Macclesfield and Bury who had to start from scratch and are years away from recovery.
Crazy that what happened to the teddy bears was the result of a malicious prosecution for probably sectarian reasons that has now been proved so & has cost the Scottish taxpayer 60m in fines. Hopefully we don’t get the same Kangaroo court treatment they did

Disgusting how the "Bears" were treated and as a Jambo up the road i have little sympathy for the old firm.
