Strange considering our away form is probably the best its been for years

More a reference to the style of football in general mate and just saving the money i think.

No wins away since boxing day will have also helped form that view i feel...

a question for the mancini outers

what would you think about the owner IF he confirm mancini for the next season ?

i would applaud them, it would save me a fortune as i would go nowhere near an away game.

you can start by not going to wembley and giving another blue who wants to support the team and manager a better chance of going, this forum is ruined by clowns like you.

Good, they're probably the moaning f*ckers. If they cared to look I bet this is one of our most productive seasons away from home in many a year.

We need more fans like the Blue Alliance who back the team.

Thats 8 games away for me without a win
birmingham
iris
arsenal
chelsea
scum
juventus
notts county
liecester
15 is my all time record of consecutive away games without a win 13 loses 2 draws.

This could be another thread as I had a text the other day saying ----

Ok lads in 1987 city beat bradford away 4-2 it was their first away win after 34 unsuccessful road trips beats my 15 without a win

Dunno how true the above is but I petty anyone who did all those aways !

It's born out of frustration mate.

Re: if the Owner confirm mancini....

Great question Mancio!

Given the money they've slung at us, I'll back the owner's decision - no choice really!

Re: if the Owner confirm mancini....

It wasn't built in a day?
Mmmmm ...... Problem is, if you get cowboy builders in and you didn't realise it until they were well into the job. Then you find it isn't quite working out right and you have to tear it down and start again. With us, the foundations are still looking ok but everything else is very suspect.
Have we got a cowboy builder after all?
Is it just a modern spaghetti western?
6-8 weeks to completion, then we'll know.

"Finally a manager given time!!!!!" And.... "hopefully he will aim to win every game next season"....and......"hopefully he sign another left back and a few other quality players to make us competive"...and "bring some real pace to our team".

This
Needs a full pre season, no world cup in the way to work with the group of players + new faces and get them fit and gelled. lets not remember both full backs missed the start of the season (well Kolorov got crocked in 1st game).

Bring in better coaches to help him, fitness coaches, set piece coaches etc and get a proper pre season set up sorted.

Now, if he doesnt deliver next year then there are zero excuses but needs this summer and next season to be given a fair chance

we've again become a laughing stock. we have just wasted 3 years.
there is nothing we can do except dust ourselves down and get on with the rest of the season.
Why are we a laughing stock?

The only derision that is earned should be directed at those who had ludicrous thoughts that the title was ours for the taking.

If we have a positive end to this season the Top 3 will be looking to their laurels next season especially the southern teams.

We WILL be a laughing stock if we change horses again (Mourinho excepted) after a CL qualification and/or a FA Cup win.

If we fail to achieve those then a reasoned long term decision needs to be made for the benefit of all.

the general feeling of football fans is that mancini is bad for the english game. even utd fans are laughing at our style of play. under highes we got slated, but we got some praise for trying to play the game in the right way.

we are THE laughing stock of probably world football at the moment, the DULLEST team in the world.

changing managers cannot make us anymore of a laughing stock than we are now.
