Bit of a mouthful but it might catch onThis is the first time that I’ve tried to purchase tickets for City as my daughter has become a bit of a fan. Purchased two yesterday, no email was received with the ‘add to wallet’ option on, and I can’t add them via my account either. Is this the same problem that others are having? I waited for 3 hours on the phone to get to number one in the queue, but then there was no answer.

I got a phone with Apple Pay, free text and data too,
I put my ticket on my phone and set off to the ground,

My leipzig ticket is sat in my city account. I can't transfer it nor download to my phone never mind print it.Leipzig PAH tickets going out now. Don't know why you were all panicking. I had every faith in our ticket office.
