This is the first time that I’ve tried to purchase tickets for City as my daughter has become a bit of a fan. Purchased two yesterday, no email was received with the ‘add to wallet’ option on, and I can’t add them via my account either. Is this the same problem that others are having? I waited for 3 hours on the phone to get to number one in the queue, but then there was no answer.
