If we won the league from here now, would it be better than

it would mirror 1967-68 when city beat the rags to the title and won at the swamp in the run in despite most of the 'experts' predicting a rag title win up to and including the last day. the big difference if we won it this season would be that we've waited so long for it. (it's 44 years since we last won the title. it was only 31 years between the other two, including wartime).

I'm old enough to remember the last time we won the league- but given the circumstances of modern football, and the fact that we looked to have it sewn up, and then seemed to throw it away, this would be the most FANTASTIC and wonderful achievement! COME ON YOU BLUES!!

what ever happens tomorrow,i will raise a glass and salute all the city fans who are no longer with us who have supported the team for the last forty years who followed the team home and away many times at away games wondering weather we,d get home in one piece,when we pick up the trophy we also salute you.
