This season is only just over half way through

Keep him and assess the situation at the end of the season. His buys have been faultless (Possible exception of Tal Ben), most of the football this season has been a joy to watch (best I have ever seen us play)

Yes there have been some shite results, but when Hughes gets his own team then we will benefit

100% agree with you there. We were on good form until today.

Its worrying to see that it only takes one loss for everyone to get on Hughes back again.

We are getting better and a loss to Stoke doesn't change that. Does it hurt? Yes. But we are definitely improving. Stoke have played 12 games at home this season and have only lost 3 of them. The sending off ultimately worked against us because 9 men just defended against us for 45 mins (it was always going to be difficult after that).

We need a big strong target man and Hughes know that more than anyone. We don't have one at the moment and that is a problem that is not of Hughes' making. He's trying to fix that problem by signing Santa Cruz and it could very well happen (we all know what fat Sam said about not selling him but he's signed Diouf now, meaning that Blackburn now have Diouf, McCarthy and Roberts up front) so that should be enough to allow him to sell a player that wants to leave for a handsome price tag.

We are getting better and we will continue to improve, but we won't just become fantastic overnight. If we stick with Hughes we will reap the benefits.
 
Good things comes to those that wait.

Im happy to give him at least antoher season.
