What did it for me was his total "eggs in one basket" approach to the transfer window in January. It was clearly obvious that we needed a frontman from September onwards last year, yet when the window opened we didnt have a plan B.

There's fuck all going in January and we weren't prepared to pay extortionate prices (RSC)
