To be fair, living with a Swiss-German (and regularly interacting with her Swiss-German family), and knowing many Germans, that is equivalent to a five star Amazon review. ;-)
 
I have always been a huge fan, never understood the twitter boo boys to be honest.

When given a solid run in the team he shows his class, absolute joy to watch.

Need to get him tied down to a new contract as soon as possible.
 
I hope he extends. Next summer we have Silva and probably Fernandinho leaving. It's difficult enough to replace those 2.

Exactly this. Gunders got better and better as the season went on, and with Dave and Ferna both likely in their final seasons and a potential transfer ban in the offing, we need to make sure we’re covered in the engine room, and players who can run games don’t grow on trees. We need to get him signed up more than we do Leroy IMO
 
Ilkay would walk into every team in the prem. It's great watching him live in the stadium controlling the whole tempo of the game. That new contract is very important for us.
 
He very clearly isn't a natural athlete,and he obviously has to get a long way out of his comfort zone to achieve a level required - i wonder if this has contributed to his injuries over the years?
