I’m pleased with him, but man, if he could finish more reliably he’d be a lot more valuable. Always seems to put himself in position for scoring chances a few times a game then fluffs his finish.

Best player. By quite some margin for me. He had 4 positioning plays that led to him intercepting the ball (twice) or Wolves to lose possession (Twice too) kept possession well. Create 3 chances including the one that led to the goal..
On the facts, to give him anything other than top pwefoperfor is ridiculous. Only Aguero was close performance wise.
How anyone can conclude the 2nd best player ( at worst) wasn't good enough..... Just boggles the mind.
Can any of the usual suspects give us FACTS upon which they e based their claims?
"Game by the scruff of it's neck" doesn't count as a fact btw.

He hides wherever possible and is only interested in and around the opposition box, fuck knows why though, as he makes the wrong decision every time.
He’s the sort of player, who just about gets away with it when we batter teams but is a waste of oxygen when in games like yesterday, we are looking for someone to step up.
If he is going to play every week, I expect trouble ahead. We will win most games, just because even with 10 men, we will be better than most of the sides we face but we will definitely have more games like yesterday, with him in the side.

I’m not saying Gundogan is better than Silva, but where was Silva yesterday when we need someone to step up? He’s nowhere near as good as KDB or Silva, they’re the two of the best in football. But he’s still a valuable player for City.
I'd actually swap the Silvas around in your lineup.
Yeah the thing with that team we know they’ll all move all over the place and interchangeable
