But obviously he's rubbish, according to some.

Or i've seen enough of him, here and at Dortmund to come to the conclusion he is average. There are better midfielders at every one of those clubs you have listed in my opinion but we are all entitled to an opinion mate :)

I am often wrong and often admit to it. Such as being very keen to sign Jorginho.

I'm not wrong about Gundogan's performances though.

Hopefully the German manager is correct & he is about to become good.

That much is obvious, it's writing him off is where the issue lies.

I hope so. When we signed him I said he was the best CM in the league. De Bruyne has since taken that mantle whilst Gundogan wouldn't be on anyone's list. If it is due to his injuries and he is getting back to his best then good because he used to be a world class player who ran the game.
