Pep looked to be signalling a hamstring. I may be wrong but he clearly wanted Jesus fully warmed up for the second half and he rarely makes subs at half time but who knows.

Terrible luck with injuries in last few years. It’s amazing we have won so much really.
Yeah, the game was there for him today and he let it pass him by. He was the one with the space to make things happen as he was always unmarked just outside the box, but did nothing with that. Others were shit as well, but he was the one who was best placed to make a difference with the way they flooded the boxWas fucking garbage today, kept taking an extra touch when he had chance to hit shots in first half. Then in second half he was redundant and should have been hooked early on for Foden imo.

He played well today, kept the ball well and worked hard..
Says a lot that Pep subbed Dave for Gabby at HT and kept Ilkay on..
