Sod the perfect farewell, I want an encore. He had the perfect farewell. He should be looking at other options like Fenerbache who are interested.
He’s also a potential future manager/assistant to Pep.We don’t want to resell him. He would be a player who knows the club inside out, won’t be intimidated as a new signing joining the best team in the world, can cover a couple of positions and would be a cheap and easy deal to make.
That’s before we talk about his quality as a player.
We aren’t offering a 4 year contract.
Not for me
A great player, but we have moved on.
Who exactly have we moved on with? Not for me

Nunes needs fucking off, a rare mistake from the board, he’s nowhere near the levelA big NO for me. Both for City and for Ilkay's sake.
You wrote the storybook ending. Leave it at that. If it's not working at Barca, he should retire to his boyhood club.
Gundo coming back here would simply upset the applecart.
Rodri, Phil, Kevin and Bernardo. We already have 4 players for the middle. One of whom won't start in the big games.
We have Kova and Nunes as backups. With Grealish as a potential option.
Also, it's a different City from the one he left. Different players have assumed differently roles etc. I don't want Gundogan playing the Nunes role.
But that's just me. This is not exciting News.

He'd be the perfect one to explain to them that they need to be absolutely certain that they want to leave, because in 99% of cases they will not get the opportunity to come back. This is a unique set of circumstancesIf it gets done great, but I am also thinking that City should send a message to players who think grass is greener slmewhere else (and I love Gundo and I understand his decision).
I feel that if we get him back the message to all our players is: go and try something else and if you were good with us and the transfer didn't work, you just come back and play with us again. As much as I love Gundo, I think maybe sending a different messagemight be more imoortant.
Either way I'll be happy.
ball boy.What’s the Nunes role?
