I imagine he understands perfectly well what his employers want, I doubt they give a fuck about the league cup or some shitty banner at $old trafford.

Hughes was 4th in the league and in the Semi's and got the sack. Mancini has brought nothing to the club except a couple of his out of work mates.

No of course not....he's only brought Yaya, Silva, Kolarov, Boateng, etc,.

Compared to Hughes who brought in the overpriced, under-performing RSC, Lescott, Ade and Bridge.

Hughes would never have got the type of players Mancini has got. Obviously the owners have bigger aspirations than a Carling Cup semi.
