Bottom line is Mancini's not big enough to handle all the egos. When Chelsea splashed the cash they brought in Mourinho who was a proven winner and commanded respect, even of the most highly paid. There is no doubt in my mind that the club will be looking at bringing in a manager of similar stature to sort it out. We can't afford to let Mancini serve his apprenticeship with us.

When Mourinho came to Chelski he inherited a team built by Ranieri that was already a winning side.
Mancini has been around for longer and has far more managerial experience than the special one and if anyone can handle egos he can.

Got my first season ticket 76-77 season. I agree, it looks like a strange substitution, but booing is something you do to the other team. I'd much prefer a loud and synchronised 'What the f*ck!' or a collective shrug of the shoulders, Poznan style.
