Am i the only one who finds this quite poor? Like it would be a lot funnier if the comedy was less predictable and obvious, or over-stated?

There's nothing subtle about it. Or clever. It's not really bad or anything, but i'm getting the same feeling i got with Gavin and Stacey, where i just don't see how it's as funny as the hype suggests...

I have watched it and gave it another chance last night.....I have a few issues.


1) I find it rather vulgar.

2) The oxbridge educated fops who write it seem to think thats how all working/middle class kids behave-it isn't. (proved by the drugs episode, where at 18 years old not one of them had seen a spliff before)

3) Very slpastick.

Well, if thats the case Im glad I do not socialise with people like that, because myself or any of my freinds would dream of acting like that, and believe me my friends are serious, serious people-but they are gentlemen and not scrotes.
