Indian or Chinese

Chinese, and just had crispy shredded chicken (plus a chicken breast) in OK sauce, salt and pepper chips, salt and pepper sausage, got the Mrs a bag of prawn crackers, greedy cow.

I've just finished a supurb extra extra hot chicken pathia. Its the first time in 20 years I had to eat it in 2 sittings because it was so hot, but wow, it was so good.
There is no chinese that can hit the spot like that.

Why does it need to be so hot to be tasty ?

The heat surely destroys all taste sensation in the mouth.

Anyways hate indians and I'd rather have a pizza but chinese is good.

I never understand this either, I love the taste of the spices but it's the heat that gets me, admittedly brown sauce make me sweat though so I'm a bit of a mard like that.

I dont care for all the yoghurt/cream in most of the dishes (makes me sick) they do smell nice though lol

I've eaten spicy food from a young age and I think you get used to the heat and it gets addictive. The heat also needs to come from a decent chilli, and not some shitty powder. Some of these hot chillies do have a good flavour, but you do have to have some heat tollerance.
