Individual Match Tickets

Creates a bit of a conundrum for someone like me who has been to more than 5 games so has the ability to purchase any game , however not the finances to do it all at once. Do I grab tickets for the big 5 while I have the window of advantage and hope tickets for lesser games remain available, or grab as many early games as I can, Newcastle, Fulham etc and hope this second wave gives me a shot at United , West Ham etc.
Been in the same boat in recent years, would go with the big games first, fixtures messed about so much these days that seats often come available after the game as initially sold out.

What’s the significance of the 21st May? That was the day we played Chelsea I think, after the league was already wrapped up.

Last league game I guess so those becoming members after last league season ended would only have joined after the 21st.
Edit no it wasn’t forgot Brighton and Brenrford.

Yeah suppose that gives a bit of logic to it. But that game was sold out long ago I imagine, so it’s not like those joining a week or two before the end of last season have done anything to make them more worthy than those joining after.

Just looks to be over complicating matters for no real reason to me.

That would be my advice too. I'm not a fan of the way they do the ticketing now. Puts those with more expendable income in a better position and they could effectively buy their very own expensive season ticket.

Bag as many big games as you can afford as soon as they go on sale. The others always appear on re-sale sites. The club set a precedent last season and didn't release tickets for the big games that were put back on the exchange. Presumably badging them up as hospitality packages and milking the seat for every penny they can. Once tickets for the likes of the rags have 'sold out' I don't expect any to reappear at a later stage.

Agree.

Last season the Spurs home game was sold out straight away but of course got cancelled when the Queen passed away. The game was eventually played in the New Year, January I think, loads of tickets came up at £60-£80 in the upper tiers, obviously SC holders who couldn’t make the new date, but the price must have put fans off as there were hundreds that didn’t get sold. I also know some seats are held back for freebies and out of nowhere a bunch of thirty seats together in one of the upper tiers will suddenly come available.
the club don’t give two shits about the fans, especially so called legacy fans and I guess that’s the way it will stay.

Think that Spurs game was a one-off. I'd sold my ticket on the exchange but when re-arranged I was available and re-claimed it at cost neutral.

Why would the club release more season tickets when they can charge double/ triple the price for one ticket. I love this club but the loyalty to local and loyal blues is slowly dwindling. They can’t even tell us what the prices will be for the games this season. Let the panicking buying commence on Thursday for all the big games and no doubt they will all be sold out in an hour or two.
