Have you got a Cityzens memberahip for your son? You wont be able to get one unless you have, there's quite a few available for Fulham on Saturday.

Cheers mate. I purchased a citizens membership for my son last weekend . How do I buy on his behalf . My own account says restricted sale, I thought I’d be able to click on friends and family . Any help much appreciated

You need to login as him and purchase on his account.

so I have to set up an account for my son with a separate email etc.. He’s only 8 so thought I’d could purchase through my own account . He’s listed within my friends and family .

I think so, it's the only way i can buy for my 7 year old nephew. It's ridiculous.

He can't have his own email or home address but you need to reset his password, even though he has never had one, and log in as him.

Help requested please!! I’ve got my Fulham tickets downloaded into my apple wallet but there’s no QR code or barcode on them. It just says “hold near reader”. I can’t recall them being like this before. What is the machine supposed to read when I get to the turnstile???!

They were always like that on i phones, no QR neeeded.

Here’s the video from the website regarding mobile tickets below, there should be a wee symbol bottom right hand corner kind of the same as what’s on your bank card to make contactless payments, which is was I think the scanner reads
