I think height is more of an issue in the Premier League than in Spain, with the likes of the cloggers across town.

For sure, most Spanish teams focus on playing football, watched a few of Eibars games last season and it was great to watch a little team like that with like 6000 fans playing great football and winning. Aren't they asking for 70 anyway? I don't see VVD worth 80 even in today's market. I mean I love him as a player and if we got him I certainly wouldn't complain. Little too sweet for me though.

Ive seen nothing myself hence why,given you would prefer an alternative,i was asking for your thinking and reasoning for such.

The main concern for most,it would appear,is his height.

We need a centre half. I think there are better options out there but we obviously want to spend as little as possible given we're expecting to spend big on Sanchez or Mbappe.
