Injuries - 2023/24 | Ederson cleared to return to training (p 146)

i will predict a twisted ankle which lets be honest is not a major injury. still be a couple of weeks though before fully fit
Ankle sprains can take time, depends how torn the ligaments are, but can take longer than bones.

im saying some players dont get injured so yes. somehow they dont put their bodies in vulnerable positions.
He was doing what it took to clear the ball. The fault if on anything is on two things.

1. Mainly the linesman not putting up his flag for an offside meaning Stones had to treat it like he wasn't offside and do what it took to clear the ball
2. Evertons pitch being of a shit standard

Its not Stones fault that he got injured. He did what you'd expect a centre back to do for his team. I'm not going to start expecting players to leave something because it might "put their bodies in vulnerable positions"

some players seem to be able to manage themselves and their actions in the game to not get injured.

Sterling, Toure to name a couple we’ve had who never get injured. Akanji as well?

Meanwhile there were players like Micah Richards who would go flying in to challenges, limbs everywhere and end up with a concussion.

Stones didn’t seem to do anything wrong but he did put his ankle in a vulnerable position by such an extreme twisting motion, and it jarred
Mancini on Richards, when asked about the latter’s preponderance to injury: (and whilst tapping glass on table in front of him): “crystallo”.

Has there been any more news regarding Haaland's injury/length of time out, etc?
