It's reminiscent of the Jesus injury earlier in the season, or the many seemingly eternal Mendy ones.What actually is wrong with him ? Sorry if already been done to death
If I had to wager a guess I'd think something might be up with recovery. Some injuries can flare up again very easily during early recovery.

I wouldn't include international football as club football is strongerInteresting question. Would it mean they would make a World XI. Doubt it. Would it mean they are good enough to play in a world cup or champions league winning team. Yes, all 3.
My criteria would be; take the top four teams of the strongest leagues and ask would the player merit a place in the starting eleven?

According to Klopp, Sergio caught Covid on purpose in order to have an extra couple of weeks rest for his knee.
