Insanity work-out

Is it just me or does anybody else think it's plainly obvious that Shaun T is banging that Tanya bird pretty hard?
 
I'm on day four too. I was going to skip a day cos I had footer but I think ill do the 6 workouts then have my day off which will be Sunday.
The cardio recovery was almost disappointing. The other workouts have been sweatfests and this one was much lower paced.

I sweat pretty hard on this one too, the holds and pulses for the squats and lunges are murder on my thighs...

People are starting to comment about me losing weight now which is great, I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 7pounds in 2 weeks! Well chuffed

It's great, been eating about 1500 calories a day, I stopped stressing about protein and carbs and just eat what I think is healthy...

Has anyone swapped their rest day? Won't get home til half 8, then got a birthday cake to bake so pushed for time. Was thinking of using today as a rest day or will it fuck me up?
 
I'm going to have to swap my rest day from Sunday to tonight. Wedding anniversary meal awaits!

I've done it a few times, don't think its a problem so long as you get back to it tomorrow

As long as you get the workouts done at some point I don't think swapping your off day matters. I might be wrong.

Missed tonight as I've only just got in from work so will end up doing Cardio Power and Resistance and Plyo Cardio Circuit tomorrow. Least it's getting me ready for the longer, harder workouts in Month 2. Honestly can't wait for that Recovery Week. Looks mental.
