funny ive just seen this thread and im starting day 3 when i get up...me and mrs CB are doing it together...sore as a motherfucker right and dreading getting up tomorrow and doing it again! 57 days to go.

im looking to loose 20lbs+ and just carve some definition.

Its good for the birds too - they can expect to loose the same amount.....which to be honest isnt surprising as you're working hard as a motherfucker....way harder than P90x which ive done a few times all the way through.

Here's my results...

Switch Kicks - 74
Power Jacks - 36
Power Knees - 54
Power Jumps - 11
Globe Jumps - 4
Suicide Jumps - 8
Push Up Jacks - 17
Low Plank Oblique - 26

Struggled towards the end of each exercise, but not to displeased with the scores... need a shower now though!

This was the first time I'd done it, so nothing to compare it to yet... few of the guys on here have done it and seen good progress...
 
Day 4 done. Mainly Yoga and Stretch moves. All pain gone though which is a bonus. Can already see definition in my obliques and shoulders coming back. Can't wait for tomorrows pure cardio, actually wishing the baby wakes me up at 5am so I can do it before work. Sods law she'll start sleeping through now, ha!
 
Progress pics are awesome motivation, Ive still got some from when I first started training properly I was tiny. And from before I was tiny when I was fat, can look back and laugh now.

Pure cardio and abs is a good one. Very hard though
