Have to say Pickford doesn't inspire confidence in that back line when teams come at England, he's so flappy and looks like he moves in slow motion at times.

It goes without saying that if the ref had given 4 or 5 mins (as he should have) that was 3-1 England.

Lucky not to get a straight red for his foul and eight yellows for time wasting as well tbh

Classic smash and grab that. We barely had three attacks yet managed to mug them, while they aimlessly crossed it in like Wee Davey was in charge. That second half was pretty much every game City have lost in the past 5 years, England barely putting 5 passes together, but somehow holding on with a combination of luck, dodgy officiating, time wasting and millions o crosses to midgets.

True enjoy the result but a bit of a freak one.
 
Really enjoyed that, a rarity for an international for me, but this nations league actually creates a proper game of football unlike stupid friendlies.

England were devastating and clinical in the first half, then defended the onslaught in the second half, and deserved a bit of luck to get a deserved win for me.
