Apple software has always been clunky and cumbersome, especially the dreadful iTunes.
But why is the bendy phone a design flaw?
Surely it must be obvious that something so thin will not be able to cope with being stuffed in the back pocket of the typical tight jeaned, fat arsed person. What do people think it is made of? 6mm thick steel plate with iPhone features painted on?
It's like claiming a Kit Kat has a design flaw because it will crack under the same treatment.
