I thought Ireland was gash when he came on vs Club America.

When was the last time he played well for us in a game?
He scored that goal V Blackburn at the start of last season, but I remember he didn't paly well that game either.

Must be ages/years since he put in a good performance.

Is he really as good as some make out, because if he was - he's had enough time to show it.
Academy or not, for me he's now become a waste of space and won't make the 25. I do however think we need to sign a creative midfielder as back up to Silva (who may play on the wing).

The only reason to sell would to be replace him with a significantly better player than he is and i doubt we will find one. Keep and give him til January and see what happens

I'm really saddened by Stevie. He was my favorite player, but he's just been a major let down in every match for over a year now. He just doesn't seem to care and it just makes me sad. At this point, I wouldn't blame Mancini if he didn't have Stevie in his 25.

I thought he was one of the better players in the other two games. Looked like he was getting back to what we knew in 08/09.
