Is Extraterrestrial disclosure taking place?

About 10 years ago camping in mountains, seen 3 red lights in the sky forming the shape of a triangle , while looking at this noticed about 5 to 10 smaller orb like objects dancing around the sky in wierd patterns, speeding along, stopping dead, changing directions, before seeming hoving up into to 'triangle' before disappearing one, after the other one.

I wasn't alone so wasnt a mind trick, tried to rationalise but couldn't think of any resonable explainations.

Did have a cheap old phone with me and tried to film it, captured some of it when zoomed on on highest setting but very old phone with poor camera and at night, an extremely windy night at that, zoomed in, grainy, shaky and pretty much impossible to make out. Embarrising hysterical talk captured only so deleted.

UFOs not something I would have considered before that. And in my mind UFOs would have been steel saucer shaped objects floating not bright orbs speeding in wierd directions, stopping dead before shooting off in another direction.

Do I think they were little green fellas? to this day I'd say no, but it was enough to freak us all out at the time, leave the gear and hike back to cars and go home!

We have most definitely been visited. A simple way to put it is in a few years we hope to put humans on Mars. They will be aliens to that planet.

We are an extremely young and developing species. Somewhere out there will be civilisations who were at our point maybe millions of years ago, and have the capability to do what we class as science fiction. To think anything else is naive IMO.

i did say using todays tech mate, who knows if solar sails will provide the necessary propulsion needed

as far as i know unknown elements is just speculation, as i understand it physics is the same here there and everywhere

Even assuming these travel times were ahievable, and assuming this advanced race were in these regions and as we have never detected signs of life in them it's highly unlikely.Why? is the question. Why would they travel these distances spending 70 -350 years each way just to buzz some US pilots, thes piss off giggling. Is it the same one that keeps doing it or does he go back and tell his mates.well not his mates, his mates great grandchildren to get down to earth and buzz the humans it's great fun.

Its worth looking at the 'chances' and 'one off events' that created the precise conditions that life began on Earth and how it evolved from slime in the sea to Human Beings slowly drestorying the planet.

Then you have to think about how likely that those events (or similar) that create a ball of rock of just the right size in the cinderalla zone, could happen elsewhere.

And then factor that in against the humongous physical numbers of stars and galaxies across the universe where this might happen.

Its basically the same as betting on who wins the premier league! ;-)

I always have issues with both time & the laws of Physics.

What is correct in our milky way won't necessarily be correct in another or via a hole. With that it mind Aliens could travel what is our idea of millions of years in just seconds.

The most worrying thing though is, if they do exist would they get involved with us, would they nurture us, enslave us, take one look and think fuck it or just blow us all up.

There's a difference though between technology and what is possible within the physical universe that we live in. If we send people to far flung places at great speed then it's a fact that we on Earth will never know if they got there and they'll never be able to come back to anything worthwhile.

As you get closer to the speed of light time essentially stops and a day in your spaceship becomes hundreds of years for everyone else. Scientists have already proven this by showing that the clocks on satellites orbiting Earth tick slightly slower than those on Earth due to time dilation.

Aliens are going to have these exact same problems and they'll need to live for thousands of years travelling and able to produce food, oxygen etc. The technology will also need to overcome the simple fact that you cannot accelerate to great speeds without force, the kind of continuous accelerating force that would need energy equivalent to strapping a sun on your spaceship.

Personally I think life definitely exists elsewhere but it's going to be quite literally impossible and even pointless for us to try find out where else it is. We still don't even know if life ever existed on Mars and Mars is a footstep in a walk around the world in terms of space travel.

That would be why come and discover other inhabited planets like the earth, but doesn't make sense of the so called sightings that get reported. If they discovered earth but didn't want to make contact then it could be done from a distance that wouldn't involve the sightings being talked about. It would also, I would expect leave traces detectable by ourselves and despite searching for years there are no signs on other intelligent life so far detected.
