I think yes. Won our first CL, treble winner, and his numbers speak for themselves.

I can imagine if he is to retire tomorrow, we will still have discussions about how incredible his goalscoring was probably for the next decade or more.

I think he's also our first real world superstar. The type of player whose name even non football fans know. Hes the guy whose name is on the back of a football shirt worn by a kid from an indigenous tribe in the arse end of nowhere. I liked what Haaland said about Cherki in his pre-match press conference.

I think he is excited about playing with him. I am at the moment wondering what Cherki's potential is. I am hopeful that we might have bought a really top player. Erling is a grounded sensible guy and when asked about Cherki he was effusive with his praise and compared him to KDB in his ability to find a team mate.

Me too although tbf there are so many blues you talk to who say they were right in line with it that it’s a wonder most of the rest of the away end wasn’t empty.
