You get the feeling that they’re ramping up the pressure now to get the season started behind closed doors , they are asking the government to drive a coach & horses through their lockdown/social distancing appeals, the government in talks is a bad sign .
They should come out forcefully & just say no more football , end the the season null & void & you might just save next season .

There won't be any more football this season. It's impossible to play while keeping 2 m apart and it isn't essential. Clubs have a duty of care to their employees which cannot be ignored.
