There won't be any more football this season. It's impossible to play while keeping 2 m apart and it isn't essential. Clubs have a duty of care to their employees which cannot be ignored.

There is a part of me that hopes they get everything in place and agreed to restart the season and then on the eve of the games commencing players from different clubs announce they have developed symptoms and the squads have to isolate for 14 days just to fuck the corrupt greedy feckers over.

Maybe I've missed it, probably because the whole re-start thing is ludicrous and I block out anything resembling a completion.

I've heard on the grapevine that the meeting next week is to finalise the end of the season and the only thing on the agenda is the void and ending the season and handing liverpool the title and the rest will be voided and cancelled and start a new on time in august

the players have been getting together and want to end the season right now and they don't fancy the restart gamble behind closed doors because of the risk of catching it and giving it to a family member. but there is a vote being pushed and its about liverpool being handed the title and everything else is to be left in the past. no promotion or relegation and the champions league and europa league places will be worked out on a points system

also teams will be asked to vote on playing behind closed doors in the new season or until a vaccine is found. and players will be tested for covid-19 and will be asked to stay at home and not to mix with anybody other than family

I agree with you're sentiment in what you said as I believe Liverpool would have won the league ( they could of course gone on a 9 game loosing streak )
For me you can't make one team champions without sorting out relegation and promotions.
