I'd prefer someone to put their dogshit in my bin rather than leave in for someone to stand in
No excuse that he threw it in a neighbours bin but to state all cats cover it up is frankly bullshit. My cat comes in from the garden to shit and wee in his tray , i find it annoying but he wants to do it , those who go outside cover it over , tbey are very particular about that
There is no excuse to dump your dogs shit anywhere other than the shit bin or take it home , it is a rule that you pick it up so take it home

Quite agree, we are surrounded by cats and they all love to crap in soft mossy grass....which we have. We also have a black labrador who loves eating cat shit, it turns stomach, it really does.No excuse that he threw it in a neighbours bin but to state all cats cover it up is frankly bullshit.
