can you show me where i said Ancelotti was a crap manager? or are you just making things up because you are struggling to understand the point

Managers such as Hiddink,Ancelotti,avram grant just sent those teams out and had to do very little with them, as long as the players were happy all was okay

It's degrading for such quality managers to say that Hiddink and Ancelotti just sent Chelsea players out without doing much about it. These two are one of best managers in last 10-15 years.

I might not know what your point is, not sure you're sure about it, but it doesn't look like great one.

for crying out loud man, say you are ancelotti, you know your stuff, you walk into chelsea see the character of the players, how good they are and think the way they set up plays to their strengths, do you change it ? no you would be stupid to do so

this doesn't make you a bad manager it makes you a sensible one, Ancelotti is a good manager because of what he did at other clubs, you can't really judge him at chelsea
