Why scout the world when you can get local talent? We should be training english kids to play football rather scouting forigners. The academy we're creating SHOULD if run properly create not only good city players but also be the backbone of Englands future trophey winning teams. Wenger would be a good investment for city's academy.

hes got a point though local lads/ english lads should be the main focus of the academy

Isn't there big issues with passports and work permits when signing players from outside the EU? Which is why sow many end up in Spain and Portugal?
