And religion gives them an excuse or justification to express this hate! There is no suggestion among anti religious people that there really is a god and it's him behind the hate and intolerance that manifests from religion. But you seem to be refusing to acknowledge that religion is responsible for encouraging and/or justifying these traits. You are acting as if bigotry isn't rife in religious texts and that isn't used as justification for horrendous acts of persecution.
