your language isn't coarse but by saying ''up for it'' your stating that all 15 year old girls are gagging for it. they're not. simples. they may be sexually ready but not necessarily up for it.
and you'll have to go back to my post from before. I understand that we can't criminalise all teens for experimenting etc. but the laws of consent are there to stop adults sexually exploiting young kids.

Age of Consent is different in different countries.

Some believe that sex should be allowed when a child first begins to be able to reproduce (12-ish), some believe that it should be when all of their reproductive systems have finished developing (16-ish).

We go for the latter.
