firstly different people mature at different ages. You could say that girls are sexually ready sometimes younger. sometimes not till they're older. Either way that doesn't make them up for it.

If you're a 15 year old boy, yes.
If you have a 15 year old daughter, then no. About 29 would be more acceptable.

your language isn't coarse but by saying ''up for it'' your stating that all 15 year old girls are gagging for it. they're not. simples. they may be sexually ready but not necessarily up for it.
and you'll have to go back to my post from before. I understand that we can't criminalise all teens for experimenting etc. but the laws of consent are there to stop adults sexually exploiting young kids.
