ISA / bonds / fix rate saver etc

I have a bit of savings that I'm looking to put somewhere for a couple of years. It's only about 35 grand. My bank have offered me about 4 percent fixed on an ISA for 2 years.
Is this reasonable or shall I look elsewhere?
Thanks in advance.
thats there and abouts the going rate for an ISA, I'm on 4.52% fixed for a year, runs out in 3 weeks and expect to not get that this time as interest rates have dropped. Try the Martin Lewis site to be sure though and make sure whoever you go with is protected by the FSCS scheme to protect your cash in the unlikely event the ISA provider goes bump

Thanks very much.
I did just delete my original post as I found a free service that my employer used to use for our customers. Although that organisations name has now changed, I thought I'd give them a call.
However, your reply definitely helps...thanks again.
