Isco

This must be the most populated/read/watched topic in BM history,it's pure addiction, the fear of not being on here when news breaks about Iscos destination is invading most of my daytime thoughts...got to go to check for updates...

Some here were talking about Suarez as an alternative target to Isco the other day.

A good replacement for Tevez, no doubt. I hope we have a go at getting him.

A racist.
A cheat.
A liar.
A racist.
A diving twat.
A racist.
And truly ridiculously ridiculously overrated.
A poor mans aguero.

And our murdering cousins from down the east lancs would demand £50-60 million from us.

Yeah mate, fucking great idea.

Two comments I'm tired of reading in this/these threads:

- The silence is deafening.
- We're competing with Madrid for the signing of a player! There's no shame in losing.

No offence intended, I didn't mind them after the first 100 times.

we will meet somewhere in the middle

That is a popular misconception, it rarely ends in the middle. If it happens, the deal will be concluded in what is referred to as the "area of acceptability". The area is located somewhere between the relevant parties opening positions, strongly influenced by the power and the motivation each party brings to the negotiating table, but the deal must allow each party to walk away from a successful negotiation, with something that satisfies the wider stakeholders each party must answer to.

Fair comment, well put and 100% correct. Thanks for putting things more succinctly than I did.

With a bit of luck we will meet this point with in the not too distant, be it with Isco or Malaga, wherever the bottleneck is.

OK, here's a back on topic post.

I reckon that with a 'Hazard' equivalent (be it Isco, Reus or whoever) we will (a) finish 10 points minimum ahead of Utd & (b) get to at least the knockout stages of the CL.

What say you all ?

None of us are refined or intelligent enough to understand the question sorry.

A fine retort

City will have to move countries for that to happen imo.
If Real come in for him, I'm sure he'd choose them but if they don't I reckon there's a good chance he'd come to us.
