according to El Confidencial today he's considered 'persona non grata' by Pellegrini and Txiki after committing to the club and then moving to madrid:

The Manchester City back for Pepe. Last summer, the Portuguese central received a call that altered his pulse. His agent informed him that Begiristain, head of the team of Pellegrini, had called him to transfer you a large range. Before, the exazulgrana told the leaders of Real Madrid interest in the central and presented a first offer, which was rejected. Pepe he wanted to continue at Real Madrid, but wanted to clear doubts, unknowns.

The third captain requested audience with Ancelotti in full concentration of Los Angeles. The coach confirmed that he had with him, which had no doubt about the important role that was going to play. Italian, also told you that I needed the speed and forcefulness that has their game, a circumstance that has been confirmed with the passing of time and matches.

In the wake of the interest of the City, it was rumored that Real Madrid had improved contract from the defense, circumstance that has denied the white club. What happens is that the central increases in half a million euros each season the tab that perceives, circumstance that some took it inside the costume as a pay rise.

Pepe has assumed a new role within the group. The Defense has parked stridency to become like any other player. The voices calling for his immediate departure from Real Madrid, now shut up or approve of their behavior. Florentino Perez head in the most engaged moments and which rejected arrival last summer offer was who saved him and which was approaching 30 million euros, with a contract for five million campaign clean player.

Now the story has been repeated and the response that has obtained the English club is the same. Pepe is not for sale nor now or next summer. The former Porto's has acquired a range within the template unthinkable a year ago. The commitment to the club is total and absolute, putting away with that aggressive and dangerous Pepe of the recent past. It is the first to be voluntary for any type of fundraiser and has been the image of the club in various presentations.

The central has only lost three League matches, playing all six of the Champions League and four of six matches of Cup leading the white team. Sergio Ramos has become his regular partner due to the injury of Varane. His rare absences have been supplemented with the always remarkable Nacho, but given his State of form, Ancelotti pulled Pepe in all matches that can. It is fixed and so they have become to reiterate. There is no chance of a possible exit, circumstances in which the player has not returned to insist after the movements of the summer.

Pellegrini is like crazy with defensive problems suffered by his team. Looking for plants and a left side. Kompany isn't enough and Demichelis is not paying such which were waiting for Manchester. The Chilean wants more and believes that Pepe is indicated. As for the side one of the names that sounds is Luis Alberto, Defense who also seeks to Real Madrid. History repeats itself. One last season and another team fought for Isco. After committing to the City, Malaga signed the white club, becoming persona non-grata for Begiristain and the Chilean coach.

Is Pepe spanish for Isco? Im confused.

I don't think so but the silence is.........oh fuck it I'll say it........deafening

Pepe has said he want to leave RM cos he doesn't want to play with Isco and wants to join a team with ethics (Man City), quote from Pepe 'Isco is a lying bastard, he promises one thing (Yeh course Mr Pellers sir I am deffo coming to City with you') and then does a uturn, I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him (and that's a long way cos I'm a very strong CB with psycho tendencies) plus his Dad is a greedy bastard trying to line his own sticky pockets and ruin his sons's career at the same time ......allegedly'

Always been outspoken that Pepe bloke! :-D ............

Manchester City are set to drop their interest in Real Madrid attacking ace Isco because of a fall out between manager Manuel Pellegrini and Director of Football Txiki Begiristain, according to reports in Sports Direct News.

The 21-year-old came close to following his former boss to the Premier League side over the summer but instead changed his mind and made the switch to the club from the Spanish capital.

That hadn’t thought to put off City, though, who had kept an eye on him throughout the campaign and were tipped to make another approach for him during the January transfer window.

However, sources in Spain have virtually ruled out any possibility of a deal being struck due to the deterioration of the relationship of Pellegrini, Begiristain and the player himself.

Isco looked as though he would become the club’s fist signing under Pellegrini as the two men enjoyed a close working relationship during their time with Malaga, helping the club to reach the latter stages of the Champions League.

But Real swooped in with an offer that the player found too good to turn down.
