It was only a meeting.

We've already met with his agent i believe, added to the reports that he'd rather join us than Madrid i don't think any flapping is necessary yet.

With all due respect, if it was true that he had no interest in Madrid and a move to City was as good as done, his agent wouldn't waste his time meeting with them.

I never said it was as good as done?

Just that because there's been a meeting it doesn't mean Madrid have signed him.

I'm confident that he'll choose a club who actually have a manager and also one who has nurtured his potential up to this point.

Added to the fact he will get a lot more game time here.

But, it is the fact that the delegate from Malaga met with Real Madrid people. It's worrying. We have worked hard to get him for months, haven't we? I hope you are right, his move to City is as good as done.

Big overhaul coming this summer at Madrid. Will listen to offers for almost everyone so no reason to say he wouldnt play every week there.

You know this how?

Just because of a manager change?

I think Ronaldo, Di Maria, Ozil will still be there.

nothing new imo. i reckon his agent, reps etc... have met with a number of clubs not just city and madrid. just because hes met with madrid doesnt mean hes signing for them.

i know its not on the same scale but my mate who plays in league 2 met with 5 clubs before finally coming to a decision.

Lets make a case for both clubs

City

Wages....check

Trasnfer fee...check

Pellegrini......Check

Madrid

Wages....check

Transfer fee...Check

bigger club/pulling power....check

Player at home....check

Malaga has better contacts with spanish club......check

Currently Madrid has the upper hand than us.Our only weapon is pellegrini and that is not enough..

Apparently agreed terms with club and players Dad, Morata and cash is wanted but Callejon and cash offered.

It could be Isco party looking for better deal in wages?

Still think he will come here. Plays first team here and under a coach that he's developed under. Modric was an established CM here in Emgland, one of the leagues best, he's hardly featured there yet cost £35m and is on £150+k a week.

isco will be here with pellegrini no doubt. I think the deal was agreed weeks ago that they would come as a pair. doing the right thing by talking to Madrid but all done for me.
