I believe sport.es (Hopefully someone can confirm/correct me) is the Barcelona brown nosing paper of Spain so wouldn't treat it as a reliable source but strange they would post it with so much confidence.

Depends on how fast it occurred if it did indeed happen as quickly as it seems it might.

I also hope he is announced as a City signing on my birthday (3rd of June) when Pellegrini is rumored to be announced.
