I think he will Xavi and Iniesta aren't quite what they were they will need a replacement and this guy seems ideal for them.

I never wum I just have my own opinions.

Iniesta not quite what he was? He was pretty ace last season and best player at the Euros last summer. He's not a Xavi replacement either.

Towards the end of last season both Iniesta and Xavi looked of the pace time may be catching up with them and Barca will easily be able to phase Isco in he's probably more sure of a place there than here when you look at Silva, Nasri, Navas, Yaya etc

I would put Isco in the team ahead of Nasri & Navas

Iniesta is 29 and still an outstanding player. Xavi IS slowing down but it'll be Thiago or Fabregas (whichever stays) who takes his spot as Isco plays further forward.

Barcelona aren't even tenuously linked with Isco. There's nothing, not even a whisper of interest. It'll be us or Real.
Like I said originally it's just an opinion I've not taken it out of a newspaper or of a website I may well be wrong only time will tell.

-- Wed Jun 12, 2013 3:52 pm --

I wouldn't don't think he's that good yet and remember these are real people how do you think the others will feel sat on the bench we have to be realistic it's not a playstation we can't sign everyone.

Really???? Wow people are giving this kid way more credit then he deserves. Yes his very talented but let's not go too far. A Nasri on his good day is still way better, I'm sure isco will surpass him one day but not yet. I think if he was not linked with us people would not be drooling over him this much and I doubt very many here watched many games of his. Great talent if we get him but if we don't oh well silva nasri navas roddy milner I'm more the happy with.

I wouldn't expect him to start every week, but if i were to choose my strongest starting eleven then Isco would be in. As Khaldoon said on the interveiw, we will make a serious challenge for all trophys next season, therefore we would need a strong depth to the squad.
If there's anyone in doubt about this guy then i suggest that you watch him play tonight against the Dutch. He's Starting.

Why would they be?

They have Tello, Cuenca and Sanchez who all can play in Isco's preferred position.

Well said Kanovic.

We've only had Navas 24hrs and some fans are ready to replace him Jesus wept.

-- Wed Jun 12, 2013 4:06 pm --

They'll be linked with him simply because he's a promising youngster who will be available at a reasonable price as Malaga will have to sell.

No they won't, they'll be linker with defenders. Silva and Luiz being their preferences.
