Confed cup starts this weekend Spain have just been playing friendlies as I understand it waiting for the cup to start. I think they played USA in one and given our new club NYCFC was close buy suspect we took the opportunity to sign him.

Yeah for those looking for tea leaves about how close of a partnership MCFC and NYCFC will have they only have to look at the video on the OS. Claudio Reyna was playing the executive role, walking him around etc...Good to see. The US market is where the money is.

I know Isco is in Israel and that is probably why we haven't been able to sign him but I was asked about Navas and he is with the senior squad in America waiting for Confed cup to start, same with Cavani. That is why I believe these two deals won't be done till after those competitions are over and why there is no need to unveil Pellegrini. What better way to kick off July just before clubs due back for pre season than to have Pellegrini flanked by both Isco and Cavani. This is pure guesswork of course.
