Tello is decent but not great at anything really, injuries to Villa and Pedro has meant he has got more game time than he probably warrants. Barca just like promoting from within anyway.

As he said in AS, he wants game time. He won't get that at Madrid. There is no manager there to assure him he would and his football father is at City.

I've seen him have good games. He's not good enough for Barca but he's not properly shite. And he scores the odd goal too.
