As you know PB is a respected poster - he thinks we have him. Let's see.

It's never 100% "done" until the ink's dry on the contract. Hence why fingers crossed.

Pardon but does that mean he's almost Madrid's but we have a shot to convince him? Or he intends to sign for us so be patient?

Listen carefully - I shall say this only once. This deal is still very much alive. Madrid have made a higher offer currently but it's my understanding he definitely wants to come to us. If we match Madrid's offer then it's a done deal. If we don't then it's 50:50.

2 people I know are very much ITK have said this in the last hour or so, plus tolmie, who is usually very reliable and trustworthy, has also said it's still on. So ignore all the shit that he's done a deal with Madrid. Malaga have accepted an offer from them it seems but that does not count as "done".

Please tell me that we are not losing our panties for this because I can't see how any of this means we got him

Whats goin on. I have read last 20 pages and everything suggests he's going to Madrid, but people think he's coming to city. Has everyone on the earth suddenly started to understand irony and sarcasm at the same time. I can't see anything from press reports that even suggests he's coming to City.
