Out of curiosity, wtf was that non-aggression pact with Madrid everybody was harping about ? Surely that is being ripped up as they are directly competing with us for our two main targets ?
Couldn't it be said we are competing with them too then, so both parties are not following the pact? Other clubs are allowed to be interested in top players you know, and there are bigger fish than us out there, as is the case here. Maybe the 'aggression' isn't happening with these two players, and 'aggression' means us bidding silly money to make sure we out-bid Madrid? Who knows? It's just a privilege to be competing with clubs of this size if you ask me.

Malaga starlet Isco has revealed that he has not spoken to Manuel Pellegrini as his future remains undecided.

The Spanish midfielder is likely to leave the South Coast club this summer, with Manchester City and Real Madrid both rumoured to have made an offer to the player.

While many claim that City have the edge due to former Malaga boss Pellegrini recently being appointed at the Etihad Stadium, Isco insists that he hasn't made contact with his old chief.

"No, I have not spoken with him," said Isco. "I saw about his signing on the internet, when it happened, but he has not called me. He is a great coach and I hope things go well for him in England. He did impressive work at Malaga, as he had at other clubs before. I am sure things will go well for him there.

"It is true that I know Pellegrini, how he works and the two years I have been with him at Malaga have been fundamental for my career.

"It is a point in favour that we have been together and to know how he works, but nothing definitive."

Isco will feature for Spain in the final of the Under 21 European Championships on Tuesday.

I'm pretty sure the so called 'pact' wouldn't apply to every player under every circumstance.

BUT, we haven't signed Cavani or said much about signing Cavani.

Who knows whether he has been left for Real & we are having Isco ?

Ancelotti , expected to be appointed on Thursday, is though likely to favour keeping Kaka for another season. With Di Maria and Ozil still in place, this would mean that Isco would struggle to get regular playing time at the Bernabeu.

The players comments yesterday that he will go on holiday immediately after tonight's U21 final against Italy and leave the matter of his move away from Malaga on ice till the end of the month suggests that he might be looking at the possibility of any changes made at Madid in the next fortnight or so.

Nevertheless, there is no reason to believe that we are not in pole position for the players signature come July. I'm pretty sure he would be offered an immediate starting role.
