Bit boring now this saga hate players that milk it in the press just pick a club
He is not milking anything in the press.

Most, if not all of these 'sagas' are worsened slightly by the press, and tenfold by people on these threads. He has consistently said he will decide after his holiday. Nothing concrete has come out since then other than a bit of conjecture. Not sure it is a saga. It's annoying, as we are impatient, and the Spanish press has made it worse, but actually, if we didn't go to extremes over every bit of news it would be much easier.

Yesterday was bizarre, one minute it was pure ecstasy as a few ITK's posted positive news. An hour later it was utter depression due to a story in the spanish media or a tweet.

I don't think this is anywhere near as much of a 'saga' as we are making it. And Isco certainly isn't milking it.

All that being said, I go through the same extremes of emotion as everyone else......!!

Exactly! I am of that mindset too. If he signs for City (as I am confident (as much as being a City fan allows) he will) it will probably see a load of quotes of, "it was only ever City and the chance to work with Pellegrini again". It is up to him, that is all that is left. He will choose us or Real and we will find out when we find out. Don't think there is much more to it than that.

But in terms of your last sentence, Im right there with you!

Re: Isco (Part 8 (weekend saga part 3))

I'm unsure as to whether its a good sign that its quiet.

Was used to having to read another 10 pages when refreshing after a while over the weekend.

I suppose people could actually be at work?

Sounds silly.

Re: Isco (Part 8 (weekend saga part 3))

Pretty soon we'll be in a state where 2500 posts have been made in the last 20 hours with absolutely zero news having come from either club or the player.

Keep it up, Bluemoon.

I shudder to think what might happen when he actually makes a decision, but he can be in no doubt that - as fervent as Madrid support is - they don't possess nutjobs that are anywhere near to the Mancunian level.

:D

Do we think Johnmc is feeling a bit silly yet with his failed attempt at shit stirring?

Re: Isco (Part 8 (weekend saga part 3))

Dortmund tried for him then. Their Gotze replacement by looks of it.

They won't even come close to terms offered by Real and City. Their budget will hurt their chances of keeping up with the elite. Imho they have done as good as they ever will last season in the CL. If they kept Sahin, Kagawa, Gotze and Lewandowski they'd be much better for it. It's a German Arsenal, more successful but they will inevitably go on the same path unless they reinvest and continue to do so in the future.

I`ve yet to hear officially that we`ve bid for him....

Not sure clubs do that do they? Announce bids officially?

Arsenal usually do on the day season tickets start renewal. No relation to anyone they sign though.
Now that was funny.
