Isco

Huge letdown for me, Manchester City screwed up big time. Real Madrid seized their opportunity securing his signing.

couldn't agree more...well , guess the Engineer wants nasri to show up now !!

As much as i wanted Isco to sign for City this isnt going to happen, we are all just clutching at straws madrid just simply do not let there targets get away.

If by some miracle we pull this off...this place will go thermo nuclear

that seems like a dramatic understatement

I remember reading that liverpool website crashed for a while on the transfer deadline day when torres-Andy saga was going on . I wonder if Blue moon servers will be able to withstand the emotional traffic , if we actually sign isco ..

I can confirm Manchester City didn't improve their bid for Isco, the spanish midfielder will be announced as a Real Madrid player soon.

He's back in Malaga in a village called Arroyo de la Miel. He got back there Saturday night.

AS are saying he is waiting there with family and friends until Madrid announce it. http://futbol.as.com/futbol/2013/06/25/primera/1372115926_046540.html

Hmm not looking good.

It hasn't looked good for days.

Even when he signs for RM some people on here will say we're still in with a chance.

There's no smoke without fire, when there's correlation between multiple media reports and no obvious underlying motive for them you can draw certain conclusions.

What PMs did you send during the Mancini saga? All I saw was you saying that the owners were 50/50 on whether to sack Mancini right up until the pre-FA Cup final speculation, whereas fairly reliable reports since then have confirmed that the decision to sack Mancini was made far, far earlier.
Have you been a member on here before if so what username?

Like he's going to give you his previous username so he can be banned for having the audacity to disagree with certain views of the clique otherwise known as the Mods, or as they would like us to consider them 'Toppest Blues'

Facts are Mods, like it or not, ban us or not, we live in a democracy and we are all entitled to opinions; however unpopular to you lot they may be!

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.And you were ???

When he is announced at Madrid, that's when this place will meltdown.

to be fair i don't think there will be that big a reaction if that's the case, most have resigned ourselves to it just hoping beyond hope we can snatch him at the end

Can see your point. But there will be Soriano/Txiki out posts by the transfer muppets, along with numerous threads asking why we can't attract top talent etc. I might book a day off to watch it :)

The '20 minutes' thing was on here yesterday and almost everyone went 'done deal to madrid' and started slitting their wrists, without even watching it / listening to it.

Nothing new to see.

The silence regarding Isco actually signing for them is seriously deafening though.

There has to be more to this.

I've asked this several times now but can anyone confirm if Pellegrini has actually spoken to Isco yet?

The fact that it's called 20 minutes and the video was only 7 minutes tells me something doesn't add up...

Let's all have a Disco...

LOL.....Just because he signed the contract held up the shirt and appeared with the manager at a press conference means nothing ......jeeez stop flapping :)

Summary? From Twatter and RM comments it seems as though we've dropped the ball by not increasing our offer. Damn you Txiki! We want Garry Cook back!

If we draw them in the CL, some will believe he'll run out in a City shirt in the home leg, despite having signed for Madrid some months earlier.

Haha yeah, now remember don't get too attached to Pellegrini as he's only here for a year before Pep takes over...

When Isco is showing holding up a white shirt, some here will accuse it of being a fake and propaganda from the Real Madrid media... I can't believe anyone still thinks we have a chance of signing Isco.

The "silence" from Real is the same reason they were silent on Ancelotti until today... final details.

It's just the nature of the beast. Some will build them up too high and some will eagerly want to bring them low.

If he signs for Madrid, it will be because we bought him and loaned him to them! :)
