Done deal to Real for 24mil Euros

Carlo Ancelotti's first signing at Real Madrid will be Isco. Real Madrid will pay €24 million, plus up to €3m more depending on the results and objectives achieved.

'Los Blancos' were optimistic on Friday after negotiations with Málaga to reach a deal for the player. On Saturday, Real Madrid finally reached an agreement with Málaga.

Moayad Shatat - Málaga's executive vice-president - had a meeting with Real Madrid's executive general director, José Ángel Sánchez, in order to negotiate a transfer.

The Andalusian club reduced the player's €35-million buyout clause to reach an agreement, as both parties weighed up different financial incentive options to be included. Isco is 21 years old and if he wins trophies at Real, establishes himself in the Spain squad and reaches a series of appearances milestones for his team and country both clubs could benefit from the deal.

There was also the possibility of other players coming into the equation - Callejón, Jesé and even Morata's names were mentioned. With such a makeweight, the fee would have been reduced to no more than €20 million. However, Real wanted to hang on to these players.

Manchester City was another club hot on the tail of the midfielder and has been waiting for an answer from both club and player. The fact that Manuel Pellegrini managed Isco at Málaga couldn't swing the deal in City's favour. Isco was more interested in signing for Real Madrid.

Keep up FFS!!

If you say that Isco will DEFINITELY be joining RM and he eats a bread thing called a muffin, then without a doubt, records will be broken.

Where does it say isco has agreed terms, this is only confirms clubs have agreed fee. We have probably done this but not spouting it all over the press

What part of my comment comes over depressing, have we not spent a long time going for Cavani and Isco

I was being sarcastic -

I disagree we are two world class players away as long as we don't loose Tevez and or Dzeko if we do then we definately need a striker

We have the team i dont think Isco will have a huge impact on whatever happens next year - the following year and future years maybe.

We need to get the very best out of the players we have and i simply refuse to believe that we need to spend 60 million on Cavani - if Liverpool can find a Suarez and Napoli a Cavani and there are other example then we must have one hell of a shite scouting system if we cant.

We underperformend last season for whatever reason the signing we have made have been excellent
Strangely I agree with you you make a good point that many on here who play to many computer games can't get

Its good you are seeing the light - i aint a happy clapper but nor an i pessamistic - realistic would be more accurate i really cant think the last time i slagged of a player or manager of our club - Hughes apart who was a rag cnut whom i despised from day one and wanted gone. and never went a bundle on Platt (always be Mr Potatoe Head) but he did a decent job so kept my comments fairly neutral

I think Isco signing would be excellent but for me if we dont get him i wont be slagging of the club of thinking we are doomed unlike many on here.
